Project description
The project encompassed the complete scope of work of project control, with project specific additional tasks.
The building measure included the creation of new, high quality retail areas, in an attractive location, within the connection of the passenger areas gate A and gate B in terminal 1.
The new build section within a free construction area, caused extensive structural changes in the existing buildings.
Particular attention was paid to ensuring the fire safety requirements. A further challenge was carrying out the building measure during ongoing operation without affecting passers-by.
The building work was carried out under the most demanding framework conditions. The project control made a significant contribution to the adherence to the specified budget and the relevant completion deadline.
