Project:
New building and conversion of substations

Throughout the whole urban area of Berlin, Vattenfall Europe Netzservice GmbH converted old substations, and set up new substations.

Apart from project management services, Vössing also carried out construction supervision services for the conversion and/or new building of substations.

In the course of project management, a calculation was also carried out, to prove the electromagnetic compatibility, in accordance with the requirements of the 26th BimschV (Federal Emissions Protection Act) in the case of deviations of the station construction from the standard catalogue agreed with SenStadtUm (Senate Administration for Urban Development and Environment).

The construction supervision services included the cable laying projects required in the course of the switchgear construction measures, incl. processing in accordance with the requirements of the calculation system, according to the calculation system of VE Berlin, following HOAI (Honorarium Code for Architects and Engineers).

• Project management services for the new build and/or conversion of substations, incl. notification in accordance with BimschV, following HOAI - Construction and Project supervision

• Creation and changing of substation designs

• Data collection on site for substation design change

• Calculation to prove the electromagnetic compatibility, in accordance with the requirements of the 26th BimschV in the case of deviations of the station construction from the standard catalogue agreed with SenStadtUm

• Construction supervision services in the course of the new building and/or conversion of network stations
