Planning focuses:
two single track tunnel pipes around 6.5 km long in closed construction, connecting structures every 500 m; underpass of the Neckar with shield fastening
Geology: Leached and non-leached gypsum keuper, sandstone and marl formations containing anhydrite; high swelling pressure in anhydrite; waterproofing structure to protect against penetration of ground water in the swelling soil layers
Start up concept taking into account restricted spatial conditions and how third parties will be affected
Extensive investigations into mechanical engineering and building logistics
