Project description

On the newly erected suburban railway platform of the circular railway, six marketing pavilions and a supervision pavilion had to be built on behalf of DB Station & Service AG.

The pavilions form the platform, via a steel construction to accommodate the plain bearings on the bare concrete slab of the platform, and have been connected with previously laid lines within the platform for supplied and waste water, and the electricity supply. The structure of the pavilion is characterised by a mullion-transom construction.

SA and TBS were rendered in the landlord expansion stage.

The construction supervision services encompassed the complete services to manufacture the pavilions, via steel, glass and shell construction works, SA and TBS, and the coordination of tenant expansion right up to achievement of approval for use.
