Ströer Media Deutschland GmbH plans to install various high quality, state of the art advertising systems in train stations of DB Station & Service AG.

In order to obtain the relevant permission for construction, a DB-internal accompanying activity qualification procedure (building application) must be carried out in advance, on the basis of the two administrative regulations VV BAU (administrative regulation for construction) and VV BAU STE (administrative regulation for construction supervision of signalling, telecommunications and electronic systems).

In this construction procedure, Vössing is responsible for the complete construction supervision, starting with project preparation, up to commissioning of the advertising systems. Alongside controlling all upstream and downstream processes for the accompanying activity qualification procedure, the individual specialist planning must also be coordinated and implemented. Furthermore, agreements must be made with EBA, DB AG and all other parties involved.
