Economic stimulus package II for the city of Leipzig

By decree of the city council, the requirements were fulfilled for the implementation of the measures in the funding programme economic stimulus package II (ESP II). In the ESP II of the city of Leipzig, 107 structural engineering measures were approved, with a scope of investment of approx. €81 mil.

In order to guarantee both the Lord Mayor’s staff meeting as a steering committee, a permanent overview of the current state of measures, and a continuous level of information within the project organisation for ESP II of the city of Leipzig, central information management was set up.

Due to central information management, which was carried out by Vössing, monthly status notifications were issued. Department II issued regular reports to the Lord Mayor’s staff meeting.

The content of the status notifications and the report masks were developed and coordinated by the central information management.
