Opis projektu

The operational task of DB Netz primarily includes the track plan conversion at Munich-Milbertshofen train station, to improve the connections and the reactivation of the Feldmochinger Kurve (track section 5570) in connection with the rebuilding of the railway crossing (RC)km, 2.4 – Schittgabler Straße.

The track plan conversion plans the following adjustments:

- Gap closure between the track sections 5566 and 5570, with the installation of a new one-way point

- Dismantling of point connection ¾ and replacement by a location optimised point connection ½

- Dismantling point connection 7/7

- Installation of a new point connection 39/40 in the eastern rail head

- Connection of the no longer used main siding I, via a new point 39

Furthermore, in the adjacent area to the Munich-Freimann train station, to relieve the Munich-Milbertshofen train station, and to increase the parking capacities, a total of 2 sidings are planned, on the premises of the former damaged wagon section of the repair workshop Freimann.

In connection with these structural adjustments, the erection of new signalling technology is required.

In future, the control and monitoring will be carried out by electronic signal box Z marshalling yard Munich-North, the field level will be accommodated in a separate electronic signal box-A in Munich-Milbertshofen (near to old signal box).
