External project management for the rebuilding of the ICE factory Munich

Vössing supported DB Fernverkehr AG for a period of approx. 6 months, when rebuilding the ICE factory Munich, as an external project manager.

The external project manager was responsible for ensuring the proper, procedurally correct, economical and customer oriented planning and execution of assigned projects and subprojects.

In addition, the coordination of tasks as external company coordinator, and ensuring project management activities (KoRil 138.0301 and process description).
