Modernisation offensive 2 NRW (MOF 2)

The aim of the modernisation offensive North Rhine Westphalia 2 (MOF 2), is to produce a consistent quality and service standard.

The overall measure encompasses 108 individual projects.

According to the location requirements, the following individual measures are planned:

Improvement/renewal in the area of platforms, improvement in quality of stay, weather protection, platform facilities, handicapped accessibility, customer information, customer services and connections to other modes of transport

• Project control (Ping) according to standard scope of services of Deutsche Bahn

• Coordination, organisation/documentation

• Cost management and cost controlling

• Deadline controlling

• Contract management

• Special services according to performance specification for project engineers of DB ProjektBau GmbH
