Opis projektu

The OHE received the allowance to operate the route network of the so called Heidekreuzbahn around the town of Soltau. The LINT vehicles used on the route, had to be serviced and maintained in a workshop hall to be built specifically for the Heidekreuz.

The new building was built on the premises of the OHE rail depot in Uelzen.

With clearly specified costs and a very tight time frame, a two track workshop hall with accompanying business premises was built at the end of 2012.

The principal placed a great deal of importance on functional social and administration areas, which is also set up for future development of the company.

A further focus was the overall energy concept of the building. So, during the planning, various approaches to using regenerative energies were checked for economic viability.
