Opis projektu

The Alsenblock was built to the north of the Reichstag, in the extension of the branch of democracy, from the chancellery to the forum, to the banks of the Spree.

The design of the Munich architect Stephan Braunfels included a central hall, with three two-winged, and two one-winged eight storey combs connected on the north and south side, as office areas.

Between each of the combs are additional round buildings, in which the committee meeting rooms are located.

Around 300 delegates and their employees are accommodated in around 30,000 m².
