In Neuaubing, West Munich, areas previously used by the railway should be developed to a higher quality.

A development plan should be set up via an urban planning competition.

The transport framework conditions will be determined through a conceptual transport study.

The main task was to determine the transport operations in MIV, that are still compatibly developable, in order to derive the maximum gross floor area for housing, in hindsight.

The subsequent urban development competition was accompanied as specialist advisor for transport.

• Capacity determination of the access road

• Estimation of traffic volume (target and source traffic) in the predicted case

• Determination of dimensions of the possible structural use

• Transport survey

• Proof of performance according to time requirement and HBS procedure

• Accompanying the urban development competition as advisor for transport

• Participation on competition dates

• Participation in the preparation of the offer of reward
